Our scenario planning technique embraces uncertainty and encourages the analysis and consideration of a range of plausible future scenarios to inform strategic direction and decision-making.
The approach is evidence-based and grounded in our own contemporary research. It is based on 7 sequential steps and includes 11 interrelated tools.
These tools are driven by the application of Stretch Thinking Loops – a unique method that we have deployed with a range of government, private and not-for-profit organisations in recent years.
